At Footsupplystore.com, LLC we pride ourselves in providing you with quality foot care products. If you are not satisfied with your order we will accept returns of most products up to 30 days from your date of receipt. After the item is inspected we will be happy to issue you a refund of the purchase price less all shipping and ordering fees which are not refundable. To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in resalable condition with the original packaging intact.
For the health of our customers we will not accept for return or exchange any personal care products if the original packaging has been opened or seal broken. This includes all liquids, lotions, creams and gels, nail polish products, silicone or foam padding, arch supports, foot and ankle braces, socks and hosiery. Personal products that are returned opened or used will be destroyed with no refund issued.
Refund or Return Request
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange simply email our custom service representatives using this e-form. Please fill out all fields in the form. Include reason for return in comment section.
Once we receive your request we will email you a return authorization number. The return authorization number (RMA Number) must be placed on the outside of your package. Send the package to the address listed below. ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA NUMBER) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Please insure the package to assure that arrives back to us. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.
Include in the package the product, a copy of the order invoice with return authorization number written on it. For shoes and fragile items please place the item in a packing box to avoid damage to the products original packaging. Product packaging that is defaced or does not contain original documentation will not be eligible for return.

Incorrect Merchandise Received

Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit. Upon inspection if the product is deemed defective we will pay all associated shipping costs. The life expectance of a product depends on the individual use of the product, the environment in which the product was used, and the foot deformity of the individual. Drop Shipped Merchandise
Drop shipped merchandise may be returned for replacement or credit based on the manufactures return policy. A 20% handling fee and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Discontinued and Closeout Merchandise
All discontinued and closeout merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
When Can you Expect Your Refund
Once we receive your return it will be inspected within 7 business days. Based on the inspection a refund will then be issued to you within 10 business days. The refund will be in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
