Shipping/Delivery Policy

We currently ship to the Continental United States and its territories. Note that there may be restrictions on some products. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may be delayed based on the carrier. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Footsupplystore.com offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Delivery dates may be extended when shipping volume is high.

  • Purchase $50 or more on products and receive free standard shipping (excluding tax or discounts). This will be automatically applied to your order of $50 or more.

Please note: should an item(s) be returned, the returned item(s) will be credited upon receipt and inspection by Footsupplystore.com as per the return policy. However, if free shipping was offered because purchase was originally $50 or more, the refund will be less applicable shipping cost if the purchase is now below $50 due to returned item(s).

Your order may ship in one or multiple packages so we’re able to deliver your order faster.
Footsupplystore.com uses third party delivery carriers. Therefore, actual delivery times may vary based on the carrier and their volume. This may change your delivery dates. Merchandise subtotal do not include Gift Cards, Coupons, tax or shipping and handling charges.
If discounts are available, they will be displayed and applied at checkout. They may not be applied to previous orders.

2-Day Shipping: Depending on the item origin and shipping destination, 2-day shipping may be available in select areas. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Express Shipping: Express Shipping is available. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

  • Please email or contact us at 855-900-3668 to request 2-Day Shipping or Express Shipping and for the cost to use this delivery service. The additional 2-Day or Express Shipping charge, only if requested by customer, will be added to the  order. Shipping charges for 2-Day and Express Shipping are calculated on a "per order" basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs, and will only apply to the items using these shipping services.

Please note:

  • Business days do not typically include weekends, however Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes based on carrier's delivery schedule.
  • Some selected items may be dropped shipped. Shipping/delivery times are based upon the drop shipper picking/shipping products directly to the customer. This is usually performed within 1-2 days of order and expected delivery are usually within 3–5 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. However, delivery times are based upon the drop shippers delivery carrier.
  • Most items are packed and shipped within 24 hours, however, some drop ship vendors and shipping locations may require additional processing time.
