I found this product several years ago looking for diabetic neuropathy relief. I cannot imagine life without it now! My feet rarely ever hurt. I get a great mix of B complex and guess what? I am a Retired/Disabled/Logger. I have been diagnosed with Diabetes/Diabetic Neuropathy, and Fibromyalgia/Nerve Pain. My podiatrist Eric A.
